AGI Thats correct, Nasoferm is not a cortisone-based spray. I have tried many different nose sprays, Nasoferm was the best of them. I have tried Nasonex for some weeks that is a cortisone-based spray, but without results.
Back in 2014/2015 was my worst time. I started to feel tension headache after like 15 seconds with a iPhone 4S with the bad iOS-update that year, my eyes was hurting. I remember when i looked around 40 seconds on that screen, the burning feeling in my eyes was really bad. I could use the iPhone for taking calls, and send ok/yes/no as sms. After one night of to much testing, it got worst for screens that i could use before. Behind my old W7 non-led notebook that i could use all day before, after i could use it 1 hour a day. 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes in the afternoon and 20 minutes in the evening. After some months I started to push to 25-30 minutes, a little further everyday, my neck hurt down to the shoulders. It took about 8-9 months to get back to the same state as before.
Thanks to Martin two years ago I have trained with one eye and now i have made around 80% progress. And i have to take my medicine everyday, i hope i will get to 90%, but its really hard now, it was much easier in the beginning.
I have visited 10+ specialist. Some orthoptist, neurologist and so on. I am sad to say that they haven’t find something that’s helping me. Some of them has really tried, and some of them should find a another job. It's frustrating.
My optician Isabel has confirmed that only one eye moves when she moved a pen to my nose while i am watching the pen. When she did the tests i looked like the Lasik had been a success for me. Use google translate to read about the test i have done:
