Powering through it has never helped me. Visual therapy and rest when overexposed does. From every day exercise Ive gone to once a week. If I forget and dont do it for 10 days or more, many of the symptoms start creeping back. Even then though, if I overdo my time on new screens, Ill start getting headaches and vertigo, resulting in a lot higher stress (and anxiety).
The therapy and prismatic glasses is the only thing that has helped so far and Ill be probably doing it to the end of my days, unless something better comes up.
