shivamjha Character user interface operating system may not cause a problem for us. Like, MS Dos operating system.
thorpee shivamjha Most people are ok in a computers bios or recover/reinstall macos areas. Its when the OS is loaded that's the problem with dithering. So the CUI based could be ok. If your going to that degree though you'd be better off just running on windows basic display drivers (don't install any gpu drivers) and live with the lack of performance.
thorpee If you do a fresh install of windows it should be running on microsoft basic display adapter driver. So don't install GPU drivers.(You maybe able to disable display adapters in device manger to get to it on to basic too) Some people have reported here that it's great for their eyes. It works for my laptop with win10. However I can't turn down the brightness use multiple monitors and it's terrible for anything that need graphics performance. https://driverfinderpro.com/driver-guide/microsoft-basic-display-adapter-in-windows-10/
