My symptoms are a kind of brain fog, like I have been "zombified" by the screen use, my brain turns to putty and I can't think clearly, start making mistakes when I type, and it even affects my interactions with other people afterward. So no eye symptoms or headaches as many people here get. But otherwise similar to what other people here experience, in that it is triggered by the new technology.
What works for me afterwards is, interestingly, making a paste of baking soda and water and sticking it onto my forehead for a few minutes. Salt (I have used sea salt and pink himalayan salt) also works, though baking soda seems to be a bit more effective. This clears up my problem to a great extent and I feel refreshed afterward, something approaching normal.
I'd be very curious if this helps others!
