I have both monitors. They are very similar in terms of lag, contrast, etc. The Dasung might be slightly superior but any advantages are outweighed by the much smaller size. I MUCH prefer the controls on the front of the dasung, don't care about the apple-like aesthetics on the mira, but the software features to change settings / refresh with a key on the Mira are superior anyway so I guess it's sort of a wash.
The biggest annoyance is the lack of a light source on the Mira pro -- I couldn't care less about the touch screen funcitonality. I have a couple of usb led lights set up that are positioned to either side of the monitor and they've solved the lighting issue and althought it's super clunky for a monitor that basically cost me $2k, it works.
I suffer from severe chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS/ME) so can't tolerate any form of flickering and both of these monitors alleviate my problems 100% -- that is they are equally effective work tools. I just love having a large-ish monitor again. I thought I'd use the Dasung as a 2nd monitor but it's not necessary. Feel free to ask me any questions and I could send pics of the setup as well if anyone is interested.
