Eye and head pain when using a computer.

Hello for some time i am struggling with some problem . The problem consists of eye pain and headache while using the monitor . This pain occurs after about 20/30 minutes . Not depending on the brightness /contrast or bravado of the monitor . I tried to change my graphics card from 1070 ti because I read about similar problem https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/forums/user/603584/239106//?comment=3193740 but after changing to gtx 970 nothing helped . I tried :

- Reinstalling the graphics card drivers

- Update drivers on [gtx 1070 and on gtx 970]

- Change HDMI / DisplayPort cables

Additionally I tested this on 3 monitors and the same thing DELL , Asus VA24EHE , Asus VG249 [current] .

Additional currently used graphics card gtx 970 in my 2 computer when using does not fatigue my eyes . Same with phone or tablet or TV. I suspect the motherboard as the problem . Do you have any advice ? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried older monitors with TN matrix? I mean it can be the problem,not necessarily motherboard

Marionberry998 Hi I haven't tried all the monitors were with IPS matrix . Unfortunately I do not currently own anything with a TN matrix because I have never used such a panel

Have you tried the VGA port of the monitor?

When my home computer suddenly caused eye strain (regardless of the monitor), a VGA-DVI cable helped. Meanwhile, this no longer helps me, but it's worth a try.

In my case IPS monitors,especially Asus created big eye problems for me,first and I didn't know the cause,but I bought a VA monitor and now is much better.

I still have eyestrain but with this monitor is much more manageable.

I was planning on buying the asus vg249 for my laptop since it casuses me serious eye strain , are you saying its also hurting your eyes ?, and what va panel r u using
