Configurable slo-mo camera app for Android?

I've been doing some experiments (to detect TD) with my LG G5 phone, and the inbuilt camera app captures lots of noise when brightness is low. Probably has a high ISO setting (but this cannot be configured manually).

Any slo-mo cam app that lets me configure the ISO setting?

(In order to get more accurate videos to detect TD)

Don't know what version of Android your device runs, but from what i understand third party camera apps on Android were often a crapshoot because the "special" features required code from the phone OEM/vendor that was much harder to access for third party apps.
