Why is it that giant led screens and strobes cause me no problem, but looking at my phone at the same concert for just 10 seconds triggers a headache? I was at this concert for 8 hours.
Also my Sony a7siii camera display causes no problems either, including looking through the electronic view finder.
My current phone (Sony Xperia Pro 5g) has pwm but I don't know if pwm is my issue, since the iPhone 11 and se 2022 gave me headaches as well. Is it temporal dithering?
Anyone have any Sony a7 series cameras and can you use the display without any strain? Maybe we can figure out the difference between these camera displays and phones.
I'm baffled because I surely thought I'd get a seizure at this concert but it was fine, until I looked at my phone for a few seconds and got an instant headache even though the loud music, strobes, LEDs were perfectly fine.
Also my computer monitor causes headaches, usually after an hour or two of use. So better than a phone but still a problem.
