@ensete May I suggest very constructively that you would try to limit the instructive or commanding comments in general. If you think that tap water is bad, could you express it maybe "There is a study (link to the study), which found that using tap water to rinse the eyes is bad" Or "my eye doctor told me that tap water is bad for the eyes, because XYZ"
We are all here because of a serious problem that also generates a lot of stress and anxiety, so instructing people to do something or not do something and not giving any reason why, is just creating more stress.
There are multiple countries in the world where tap water is much better that bottled water and people have been swimming in fresh water lakes eyes open for a few hundred thousand years. So I doubt that tap water of good quality is that bad to the eyes. I don't think our eyes, who have the display issues are any more prone to getting problems from pure tap water than anybody else's as the problem is not in our eyes, but in the nervous system or brains.
Now I apologize that I'm now asking you to do or not do something, but at least I'm explaining why.
