Server Windows versions dithering ?

Hello, perhaps somebody done some high speed camera testing for Windows server versions

v2013 and later, do they also do dithering?

Just installed a latest version Windows server 2022 first release MSDS. Has no dithering on ms paint, that my phone can detect on 120FPS mode with lens attached. No dithering on desktop etc.

Windows default video driver installed. Has no drivers by manufacturer for my laptop. Will try to install Nvidia drivers, as the intel integrated one do no have exclamation mark beside it.

I agree about 2012 R2
