Lakersrock111 What causes this? I was diagnosed with binocular vision dysfunction. I did vision therapy too. I can work with an iPhone but I really struggle on my monitors. Dramamine helps me get through the day. My nerves are in tact behind my eyes too. I don’t have eye cancer just some specks of cataracts. I get some relief and more and more relief the more I am away from leed screens. I am told that I can wear glasses. Do they work to prevent it though? Or are they just for managing symptoms? I ask because I do wear avulux glssses now. They do nothing but empty the wallet.
ryans Lakersrock111 What form of binocular vision dysfunction were you diagnosed with? At the end of vision therapy, sometimes spectacle correction is still prescribed.
AGI Lakersrock111 They do nothing but empty the wallet. Oh no. I just realized there is a local distributor around and I wanted to make an appointment to try a pair out. Do you wear them to mitigate your eyestrain from electronics? I would like to test them as a shield from super-bright LED lighting. I am not sure what would be best, those or Theraspecs / FL41 tinted glasses.
Deepdeep Do you get symptoms from using laptops too, and have you checked if your monitors have pulse width modulation (PWM) which causes the screen to flicker and results in various symptoms in those who are sensitive to flicker?
