yes, but now eye doctor will ever understand this, unless they have fist hand experience. They state that only 100 hz flicker is visible and there is no mechanism as to why 2300 Hz or 41 Khz flicker could cause problems.
And it could be blind tested any time. (Well, I suppose then they would claim that we have some ability to make our eyes bloodshot on demand). But after adequate blint testing - how could we know when to make the eyes bloodshot, if the high herz flicker is not possible to see? I don't of course see it myself, but my eyes turn bloodshot.
