JTL BloodyHell619 So it occurs all the time, and not just in Instagram right? Sounds like somethings horribly wrong if that isn't just compression glitches.
BloodyHell619 JTL Things look visually good in high resolution. Like in the interface and games it looks perfectly crisp. It's this horrible when you play low resolution videos pretty much everywhere. And in instagram it is literally flickering in low res videos! It's hurting my eyes so bad I can't test it any further.
Seagull I don't think you can say that's temporal dithering. Yes something is wrong, but that flashing effect could come from a great many sources. There is nothing to suggest temporal dithering is the cause over any other potential cause, infact given that it occurs playing video it seems more likely to be a codec or instruction set at fault.
JTL Seagull I certainly find the manifestation of these visual artifacts odd. In addition I think they described similar issues when playing low resolution videos rendered with their "bad" RTX card so maybe something similar is going on there as well?
Vividblu99 That isn't temporal dithering. That's the camera footage, capturing the pulsating led backlights on the billboard. (Pulsating not naked to the visible eye, but can be captured/viewed with cameras).
