There seems to be a consensus that some windows 10 versions cause less symptoms than others. But the good (and bad) versions are not the same for everyone.
What would be the difference ? Would certain versions allow dithering and others not ? Is it a font rendering difference ? Or some other processing ?
Could it just be placebo ? Or maybe a compatibility difference with gpu drivers (even though gpu drivers would remain the same between windows 10 versions) ?
Do many people here actually experience different symptoms depending on the os version or is it more of a niche phenomena ?
