i remember reading a thread about flicker-free lights in another forum. there was a list of led lights from different manufacturers, supposedly some are flicker-free. but it's from a German website, so i guess it might be more relevant for anyone that is living in Europe. i can't find it right now but i'll try to look it up later on.

are incandescent any better? they produce less blue light than other led bulbs, but i don't know about PWM.
generally i know that additional light source is always recommended. for my TV i thought to try something like the antec soundscience bias lighting that is calibrated to 6500K color temperature, but there are other lighting strips with warmer color temperatures.
recently i'm having a lot of trouble with led displays, and i never put the time and effort to adjust the lights in the room. are there any recommended light settings to begin with? like light settings for color temperature, positioning etc' for a pc monitor?
