As I understand virtual reality sets work similarly to stereograms or 3d images, that is they produce conflict between convergence and accommodation (convergence closer or further away than accommodation). So in a way it's like practicing with stereograms, but having fun at the same time, so the sessions can be longer. Is that understanding correct? Has anybody tried VR and can tell how it affected them?
BTW can you read books or search web in VR? Is it a good idea though?
