I tried to post similar questions on some subreddits, but mods remove them, because they claim it's a diagnosis question… So it looks like here is the only place where I can get more info on this.
I have this strange symptom. Actually I'm not entirely sure if it's a symptom or its totally normal. I wanted to ask here if you notice same thing. The context here is my unexplained 24/7 dizziness, which I feel and believe has origin in eyes (which in turn could be brain-related). Docs havent helped so far. So whenever I keep focus on some point in front of me and tilt my head side to side (so eyes rotate in axis pointing in front of them), the image in front of me kind of "jumps". It's not smooth, it has a few jumps, with every full tilt like maybe in ratchet mechanism, or a few sort of "resets" or maybe even lags if you will. When turning head left and right or up and down, there is no jumping, image is always smooth, only when tilting, jumping occurs.
May I ask you if you have something similar? I noticed it's well visible when looking straight in the mirror. And it happens when looking with one eye only as well. If I go super slow I don't really notice that, but even with slow/moderate speed it's noticable.
