Hi, I am planning to buy this laptop,
And I'm wondering if it has any eye strain/headache issues.
I'd be wanting to go for the 13700HX + 4070 GPU model.
It has a 16" 16:10 100% sRGB, 240Hz, 500nit display.

I did some research and found out the panel used here is:
mng007da2-3 (cso1628)
Panel manufacturer: CSOT - China Star Optoelectronics Technology

The specs are:

The same one used in the Lenovo Legion Pro 7 2023 model too.

Notebookcheck had some detailed display stats (check display section):

@"Deepak"#p28785i have experience with legion 5 pro 2021 and 2022. The laptops were amazing, but unfortunately i had to returned duo to the eye strain. Mines were 165hz, not 240hz.

Was it so much that you had to return it?
Could you have adapted to it?
Are other laptop displays better on the eyes?

I saw the panel type used could be CSOT or BOE in the 2021 and 2022 models.
Do you imagine that the 2023 240Hz model also might give similar eyestrain?

I also had to return a legion 5, 160hz earlier this year. It gave me bad headache and eyestrain 🙁

Deepak i doubt the 240hz will make a difference, but only trying you will know. The first days the screen look amazing, but after that it become worse than a regular 60hz screen. Unfortunately im still trying to find a good screen, usb screens are my next hope.
