Lauda89 I can use my computer without the patch, but it's not fully comfortable like good old Windows XP, but at least I can use it. If I get too much strain I put the patch on. I patched my dominant eye for a while (right eye) and then would switch to my non dominant eye just to mix it up (left eye) .. I'm by no means healed from this, but at least I can tolerate it without major headaches and eye strain. I also have an older computer with XP on it I still use every now and then (off line) to watch videos that I've downloaded, etc. Just to give myself a break. I don't have cable tv and I rely on my computer / internet for "entertainment" . By reading the countless posts on this forum, I came to the realization that this problem is probably not going away. Adaptation, if possible, seems to be the only solution (which sucks!) I remember the days before the Internet / World Wide Web. I used to run a BBS, good times. I really miss those days.
