ensete do you patch one eye only? Swap? How does the process looks like I want to start

      Talhalpern I do one eye only, my right eye. I tried both and got significantly more relief patching the right eye over the left eye. I do not swap

      The process is when I wake up and go to log onto my work computer, I put my eyepatch pover my right eye. As long as I am working on tha PC, I keep that eye patched. If I walk away I slide the eyepatch up on my forehead so I can see with both eyes. hen I go back to my work PC, I slide the eyepatch down again.
