What's the best smartphone with zero PWM and temporal dithering for taking photos and recording TikTok videos?

iPhone 11 has 0 pwm, but it still gives me eye strain; temporal dithering is the likely culprit, as I never experienced eye strain with my iPhone 8Plus.

Tbh the safest path is to have an older phone with older os. If you like the iphone 8 plus, grab yourself one. I think you can still find new ones. It would be better also if it's an older iOS as I think latest iOS will also cause problems.

I am sensitive to PWM and almost all GPUs: I can use the Fairphone 4 without a problem.

Probably the current iPhone SE. It has the A15 chip. Its the older style design though. Personally I prefer that design but its got its compromises. Its a bit unclear whether there is dithering on iOS 16. I seem to tolerate it on some devices but not others (all LCDs). Its best to just try it and see if it works for you.
