I have been trying patching for an hour+ per day for the past few weeks after finding this forum.
Do you recommend focusing on the non-dominant, dominant, or alternating eyes? I know it can take some time to see results; I want to make sure I am focusing on the correct eye.
For context, my left (non-dominant eye) is the one that really hurts when looking at new phones/screens (example iPhone 15 Pro Max). I have been covering this eye during my patching sessions.
What is the consensus on the recommended course of action (taking into account each person is different).
