4K 27" Monitor Rec (Nano IPS ones seem to cause strain)

Looking for recs on a 4k 27" monitor. From what I see online, the nano IPS ones cause a lot of strain and they also tend to have a slower response time anyways so that rules out the Dell Ultrasharp or LG UQ850+ ones.

I'm considering the Asus ProArt but the screen looks quite reflective which can be an issue. I had a 1440p 27" Dell SE2723DS last year and returned it due to strain and am currently on a 24" BenQ 1440p which is fine but would like something 4k and a bit bigger.

I happened to have just bought a 27" 4K monitor (Dough Spectrum One) that I will be trying within the next week, I will let you know if it ends up working for me.

Meanwhile what is the model# of the 24" BenQ 1440p monitor you can use? I'm ever on the hunt for any monitor newer than 10 years old that I might be able to use and am willing to try if it's something that works for others. Thank you!

Elever Asus ProArt has PWM. Check graph bellow in this review, https://www.rtings.com/monitor/reviews/asus/proart-display-pa278q

There might be variances in models too, one with pwm, another without. Based on supplier mood on specific manufacturing day.

Gemsand did you try the dough spectrum? I looked at spec sheet for it's panel and it doesn't use FRC for 8 bit. It's frc for 10bit

Lmao the 24" 1440p BenQ I'm using IS almost 10 years old. I bought it under an year ago though and it comes with a 3 year warranty.

BL2420PT. The contrast however is not the best so it isn't great for movies which I often watch on the monitor. I have no idea if the colours are accurate in terms of design work but they're absolutely gorgeous in terms of watching media.
