Hi All, Donald here from Lightmare USA. I am in the beginning stages of putting together a lawsuit regarding blu-rich light, especially blue-rich light from cars, and would appreciate hearing from people who have been negatively affected. I have a lawyer who has shown interest, but we are only in the very early phases. He agrees that I have a point, namely, it is a fact that blue-rich light, especially from LED's, causes pain and damage to the human eye and should therefore be banned. He is currently researching how a lawsuit might be brought and can't guarantee he'll find a way that justifies his time, but it's good to at least have a lawyer agreeing on the principles of the matter. I think the legislative branch, that is, getting enough people to complain to get laws changed will take too long and LED's will soon be everywhere. However, the courts exist in part to protect the rights of the individual against the wants of the many and we all have a right to light that doesn't cause pain. Also, the case of Davis, CA serves as precedent. The residents there successfully sued to have blue-rich led streetlights removed and the court sighted a lack of proper environmental review:
