Hi,
I can't stand any modern Apple laptop (air m1/2, Macbook Pro m1/2, etc.). I settled on a Macbook Air M1 and have tried it in any thinkable configuration including really expensive external monitors with no solution found yet.
However, for the last 4 months I've been doing exercise. Swimming and cycling. And that has made the pain / symptoms a little more tolerable.
