This is something they should have done from the beginning. It shows they did not connect with the LED strain community before thinking about and designing their product.
This may sound harsh, but I wonder what the problem of all those recent startups is, when so far all of them without exception obviously do not engage with the community before designing a prototype. They did not do their research properly if they release a product that has FRC.
It is great if there's someone trying to release a product for people that suffer from eye strain, but please, do not start such an undertaking blindly without even knowing what the possible problems are.
How can you offer a product if you don't know what the customers believe they need?
