  • Sensitive to even no flicker led’s

I’m wondering why I would still be sensitive to no flicker led’s. Does anyone else have this issue?

I bought Philips LED Flicker-Free Frosted Dimmable A19 Light Bulb - EyeComfort Technology - 800 Lumen - Soft White

I still get really dizzy and vibrating feelings.

I also bought a Sony Sony 43" Class 4K (2160p) LED TV (KD43X85J)

I get the same vibrating and dizzy symptoms from it also.

Most probably because despite being advertised as flicker-free, they usually still flicker measurably. In fact I have not yet seen a bulb where flicker could not be measured. And the Sony TV most probably also flickers measurably at least in some scenarios, many of which I have described for my (different) TV model in a long post some years ago but sadly I don't find the post myself anymore (the search function of this forum is not good).

You can probably detect strong PWM flicker that way, but to reveal small flicker that as we know by experience can still cause symptoms for sensitive persons you need better equipment. An oscilloscope and a sensor, for example. The more professional the setup, the better.
