qb74 hey! seems like you may be one of very few people who have a very good idea why these monitors are causing issues to the few unlucky people, me included 🙂 Did you have any luck finding a "new" monitor that doesn't have the problematic backlight? Also, do you know if LG WOLED TVs should be ok?

For anyone on the lookout for a good monitor, try Gigabyte GS27QA. Seems to be standard color gammut and edge lit, no issues with sensitivity. 1440p, 180Hz, freesync and can make g-sync work although not on compatibility list.

On paper, looks good. You used it in 10-bit mode?
