      hansennnnn

My screen symptoms can get a lot worse with food, though for me the triggers are primarily cooking oil and some spices.

hansennnnn I got a ton of weird food stuff and allergies, so I don't really touch that at all. However the description there are rather similar to what happens when I consume milk, so I guess bioactive componds could be at play.

Also there is everything related to migraines affecting vasodilation. Nitrities in particular. They no doubt cause visual symptoms in me.

Tbh I mostly eat meat and spring water with some carbo sources. There are too many rabbitholes to go thru if you want to figure out how all diffuse symptoms and problems fit together. Better to just not stress about everything, and cycle things in and out of the diet if it seems like it might be a problem.

wlmsn yeah but I've also been anemic since my early 20s and take cow liver iron pills. It's the only kind that helped me. My iron levels are totally normal now and have been for something like 15 years now because of that. At least, for me, I don't think iron deficiency is a link.

Gwanatu that's interesting that you were anemic at one point, but you're probably right. Glad everything is going better for you there.

Thanks for all the work you do at AC by the way!

so in my case oat can make someone more light sensitive in this case phone screen, because there is my old phone that i can use without headache and migraine maybe this old phone my body can tolerate it right now but strangely i have another tablet that i never use suddenly i use become headache and this tablet never got upgrade, how long stop eating oat can make my body normal again ?

However, some studies have shown that oat products can inhibit the absorption of non-heme iron. This is because oats contain phytate, an antinutrient that binds to minerals like iron and zinc, making it harder for the body to absorb them. The heat treatment used to prevent rancidity in stored oats can also inactivate the endogenous phytase in oats, which can further reduce iron absorption.
