Dizzy If you mean the speed of the pwm flicker, or the speed of OLED flicker, it is better to have a faster speed, but not too much, I have noticed that if it flickers too fast for example a frequency of 4000hz makes me very dizzy, or it is flicker-free but in reality it flickers very fast with a very low amplitude it also makes me very dizzy, for me the best option is to look for a flicker-free LED screen, but not OLED because those although they are sold as flicker-free are not and they also flicker very slowly around 60 or 120hz, some I think up to 240hz, a comfortable frequency would be between 720hz to 1200hz more or less with some devices that I have tested that have pwm, but a frequency of 60hz, 120hz or even 480hz is a very slow flicker speed and I start to feel a lot of eye fatigue, but there are other factors that contribute to eye fatigue such as brightness, screen size or distance from screen, contrast or color saturation, color temperature, sharpness, dithering, or if the color is very saturated or if there are white backgrounds, or if it's there a lot of contrast or not contrast at all, I have eye fatigue and also if it is very bright I get dizzy too.
