I wanna buy this monitor lg ultragear 24GS60F but I m scared because I can't use nano ips I asked someone to check what panel this monitor is using and it is using lg own panel but still I dont know if is build like standard ips or nano ips I doesn't have blur reduction mode so it let me thinking maybe it's just nano ips but without wide gamut colors panel LM238WF6-SSA5

The only way you can figure out whether a panel is using KSF backlight is by a reviewer using a colorimeter and verifying it's color gamut (or perhaps showing the SPD - spectral power distribution)
As to whether it will cause you eyestrain, that's subjective and hard to pinpoint precisely due to the ambiguity of everything surrounding it.
You could play it safe by getting a standard backlight display, such as the 24G2ZU, AW2521HF, MAG251RX, VG259QM if you want 1080p.
