Yesterday evening after I had to host some friends I felt the need to wind down with some reading material and spent far too much time before a screen.
Today I woke up with a sensation I can only only describe as feeling the insides of my head had been fried. Not only is it painful, but I seem to have temporarily lost the ability to think clearly and to look at strong light sources without feeling ill.
So my question is: how do you manage those sorts of situations?
Are there any drugs that not only aid with the pain, but help to cope with the brain fog and light sickness?
The only thing I use right now is aspirin and I feel like I could do much better than that.
