I know I'm not the only one suffering from the increased usage of LED's on our cars, making just going for a drive a painful experience. Donald Berry is leading a charge to help combat this, and found researchers that want to here from us, so I wanted to pass this along here. Any thing we can do to help, right?
Greetings,
You are receiving this email because you offered to take action on blinding headlights, you would like to be involved in future class actions, or you have expressed interest in this issue in the past.
Today, I am asking you to take action in the form of an email and letter writing campaign to the the University of Michigan Transportation Research Institute in general and to two researchers there in particular, Dr.'s Sully and Flannagan.
Both of these researchers focus on the effects of vehicle lighting and could conduct the sorts of studies we need to scientifically verify what our eyes have been telling us all along.
Please write an email, letter or both the addresses provided below, detailing your own personal experience with blinding headlights, daytime running lights, overly bright brake lights, etc.
Remind them that the US has seen an historic spike in road fatalities starting in 2015 and continuing through today. This spike remains largely unexplained and of course we believe lights that blind, distract and cause pain must have something to do with it.
I would appreciate being CC'd or BCC'd in emails in order that I may track impact of this campaign.
Thank you in advance. And to all those interested in the class-action, I have spoken to some lawyers and they concede our point but haven't committed yet. (hard, scientific evidence could help!)
