I really like mbp 2015 15". Is there a way to take its default color profile and ro use it in my mbp m4? This should automatically solve dithering also right?

You won't disable dithering on the Apple Silicon this way. But you can try switching to the sRGB emulation mode if you have a mini-LED display. Go to System Settings / Displays. In Preset, choose Internet & Web (sRGB). This can help to some extent.
