What is the best color e-ink device of >9in to screen cast my laptop on it?

It can be a tablet or external monitor or ereader or anything really that I can use to screen cast my laptop.

It would need though to be matte and without dithering or other strain trigger. I can tolerate longer screen refresh if the screen offers better viewing quality!

Any proven recommendations or anything in the pipeline worth to wait for?

I can just share device that I use (don't want to speculate on "best" ): Boox Go 10.3. I use it mostly for reading.
