languidicity So the main symptom is burping right after looking at the specific screen.
I can easily be free from "burping" if I do not look at those screens. Like when I am away of any PC/laptop screens I am feeling great and do not experience any stomach issues. I only need to look once at the problematic device and the "burping" begins…
Even If I make the display background completely black - nothing changes. Also some displays trigger some sort of muscle spasm feeling around the stomach area.
Some devices like iPhone XR even make me want to vomit. It stills triggers same burping, but with an extreme degree of observed symptom which leads to extreme nausea.
I've tried my old TVs with YAG-phosphor backlight and they are also triggering the symptoms.
All of that was not a case for me a year ago (before COVID hit me). Devices that were great for me are no longer tolerable.
Right now my desk monitors are Dell S2725DS and Dell P2225H which both trigger a slight burping, yet it's tolerable and I perform my work while not being bothered too much.
The safest device is Lenovo Y700 Gen 3. It's CSOT PLS panel. Not sure why, but I do not experience any issues with that. Also other OLED phones do not hurt my stomach, yet an OLED 13.3" portable monitor (some Samsung panel) does.
