Hi,
tl;dr: Does modulation depth matter in eye strain? A 2k PWM frequency with ~95% modulation, is it bad for the eyes?
I'm currently using Galaxy S25, and my eyes are getting strained while looking at it.
I'm a newbie and have been researching this topic for a couple of days.
CMF Nothing Phone 2 Pro seems very good with 2k PWM frequency at 25% brightness. But it has ~95% modulation depth. I've given the waveform below for reference(source https://youtu.be/gD2Bg7jsW6g?t=113 )
Also, OnePlus 13R as good as OnePlus 13 for the eyes? I prefer to save money and go for CMF, but if it's much better to go for OnePLus, please suggest.
Does modulation depth matter in eye strain? Anyone already uses CMF Nothing Phone 2 Pro and finds it good?

Thanks!
