Has anyone tested this?

Are BenQ the top when it comes to flicker-free?
I am tempted by this Dell as well, which is also cheaper (but not 4K)

I would like to use the monitor almost exclusively as a tv with Amazon Fire TV or Chromecast, but I would of course check it also connected to my laptop...
I glanced on old posts from over an year ago about streaming devices and read they may screw monitors / tvs. Is there one which is almost universally better or, again, everyone has a different experience?
Also, maybe you already talked about this, is 4K playing any role when it comes to eyestrain? I would spend more money only for suffering less, I do not care about stunning resolution.
Thanks!
