I've noticed, and I've also read on various channels, that muscle tension around the eyes is a big issue. According to my research, working on a computer is very stressful for both the eyes and the brain and requires a lot of resources like vitamins and minerals.
I've recently tried Mineraline as a dietary supplement, and it at least relaxes the area around the eyes. What are your experiences with the supplement and the monitor?
For background information, I usually can't spend an hour in front of a computer without my eyes hurting.
