Launched with Android 7.0. I don't recall the screen being a problem,. but it's ancient history at this point. If you're interested in Hi-Fi audio it does have a dedicated DAC+Amp for the 3.5mm jack which does help with sound quality, but it has flaws in driver/software implementation that often prevent it from being used properly. With the 3G shutdown (and related issues) in many parts of the world and the lack of software support it's not getting any younger.
