What's the easiest way to measure dithering in Windows?
For smartphones I use a carson microscope but this seems to be almost impossible to get the pixels into focus on both the monitors I've tried for my home machine.
I'm mucking around with some settings combinations in the nvidia app and no_video srgb and wanted to measure what I'm seeing so as to be more helpful to others.
