win10 build 1507 vs 20h2 text difference - Eink makes it easy to see differences

So I have a t480 lenovo I put win10 1507 ltsb on with a older intel driver. The other machine is a hp spectre 13 aw0003dx with 20h2 ltsc witth newer intel driver.

I am only testing this on a dasung paperlike 13.3 non revo eink monitor. As you can tell the text difference is very noticeable! Both machines I connected over thunderbolt dp alt.

20H2 non-LTSC is what I use. Driver 4624 from Windows Update's catalog. It's decent enough.

I would suggest to you to turn off IT Content in the driver settings as general practice as I have, but especially for e-ink.

Worth a try to also try YCbCr mode as well, assuming the panel can accept it.
