Getting a setup for temporal dithering and PWM testing

Hi Everyone.

PWM should be easy enough. Temporal Dithering I'm unsure of. I have a Pixel 7a that can film at 240fps I believe but I'm not sure at what resolution. Can anyone recomend a good phone camera microscope and can anyone tell me if the Pixel7a will suffice and if I have to get a new phone?

All results will be posted on every display I test.

Wanted to post the same.

There are 200x magnifier lenses on amazon. Do I need a camera with zoom in addition to that 200 x?

And what is the minimum fps neccessary?

You cant detect temporal dithering. All you can see in microscope - pixel inversion and spatial dithering patterns

Temporal is brightness change. You dont have camera which capture 250 value of red subpixel in 1st frame and 244 value in next, it looks same for camera

Its a hype without userful results

You can see dithering for sure, but custom camera, lens etc setup. too expensive for just checking.

Aquila Interesting, the poster above showed dithering onthe gtx 1660 super. Would the difference be perhaps the Colorcontrol app?
