I used to have a Motorola G55 with an IPS display, and everything was fine. Every time I looked sideways at other Samsung owners’ screens, my eyes would hurt. A few days ago, I bought the Nothing Phone 3a Pro. I didn’t use it much, but after each short session I felt mental fog, as if I was detached from the world inside. I usually kept the brightness at around 50–60%, since anything higher felt too bright for me. Could this be caused by the fact that it’s an AMOLED display?
Indeed I have wondered if this effect from OLED phones is intentional for the benefit of the overlords.
Meanwhile, another G55 success story:
Yes absolutely. Brain fog gets triggered immediately especially on my new Samsung phones. The s25 ultra is what caused me to start suffering from this. So i got a Moto G55 last month. Works great and can use it all day long with 0 issues. Camera is subpar however
The Moto G55 is a superb everyday driver. Works so well and is relatively compact and light. The G56 is bulkier and heavier.
