Best gaming monitor for sensitive eyes under 24” (ultra-low brightness)?

I have very sensitive eyes — I get prickling eyes and headaches if brightness is too high, so I usually run around 0–20%. I use an iPhone 16e with True Tone without issues.

I’m considering the TCL 24G54, max 24”, but wonder if it’s really good for ultra-low brightness. Even 24.5” feels too big for me. Only downside seems 100Hz.

Anyone used it for long gaming sessions at very low brightness? How is it for sensitive eyes?

You can set it to blue light filter level 4 for maximum built in protection from the monitor. The privacy screen protector is for light sensitive users like us.
