Successful Desktop Setup Based on AM4 Socket and Ryzen 5000 Series Processors?

Friends, I have been trying to upgrade the processor on my B450 motherboard for a long time without success, as all modern BIOS versions for my motherboard cause eye strain. I decided to take a risk and bought a 5800X processor, but no miracle occurred—the new BIOS still caused discomfort.
Then I decided to upgrade to a relatively modern B550-based motherboard, but with various BIOS versions on it, I also couldn't achieve an acceptable result.
This has led me to a question: does anyone own a build based on the AM4 socket and 5000 series processors that is comfortable for the eyes? If so, could you please provide details such as the specific motherboard, BIOS version, etc.?

CepheiHR8938 That one bios version that works for you is probably bugged. I'd buy a spare motherboard just for this very reason. I had an Intel 8600k + AsRock Z370 Pro4 and it also had one bios version that was calm on the eyes but had latency.

I am curious if any of the changes below improve your eye situation in any way:

adjusting windows visual effects for best performance(only check smooth edges of fonts)
reducing cursor blink rate to none in keyboard properties in control panel
disabling "Wake on Magic Packet" and "Wake on Pattern Match" in the network adapter(lan) in device manager
stripping down the nvidia driver to the bare minimum with nvcleanstall
setting Nvidia RGB dynamic range to limited with a toggler and choosing the "Adjust image settings with preview" --> "use the advanced 3D image settings" option in nvidia control panel
disabling nvidia gpu scaling in bios if you have the option
disabling problematic startup programs that stay in tray
using older software from the same period as your windows version
installing linux alongside windows if you find linux distributions like Fedora more comfortable. it copies some files in the small EFI partition(the 100 MB one) and overwrites the windows bootloader
avoiding bluetooth and wireless where you can
no overclocking

I also reflash bios sometimes and immediately reinstall windows from mounted iso because it has the "keep settings, personal files and apps" option.

I think 5800X does not have a GPU, so whatever is causing the eye strain is probably either your monitor or your graphics card. Can you rule out the monitor or its settings? I think Intel Graphics cards (ARC or integrated GPU) seem to be the most promising on Windows 11.

KM Yes, certainly, your doubts are logical, but as I have repeatedly written on this forum, and as other people here have also confirmed, it is indeed true that a BIOS update or the platform itself in general (socket + chipset + CPU) can cause eye discomfort regardless of what video card or monitor is used. For example, my current video card and monitor are used in a configuration that is quite favorable for the eyes, but as soon as I update the BIOS or motherboard, problems begin.
