Gurm I have the orange lenses from here. def seems to help me. but my problem is not like most here.

they are not made clear then tinted. I tried many of the clear then tinted colors from several labs and they did not help. these lenses are manufactured with a tint. little is different from the orange lenses in the pdf than what one finds on Amazon in the uvex blue blocker section. Except one can get these in their eyeglasses.
Do you know the name of the lenses or technology you are referring to so I can look them up?
also using the command (puts blue tint on the screen):
xgamma -bgamma 2.0
helps sometimes when wearing them. still using amd GPU.
next after these, I would say the eyezen were awesome. I got them with a sapphire coating. wish I had tried them with provencia though.
also having RGB blue leds as the light in my room helps. they are dc driven. still haven't grown to like fluorescent or ballast driven led tubes. warm white strips don't work either. cool white and a mixture of blue LEDs i have found to ber the most comfortable lighting source. still perfecting of course.
above is a spectrometer reading that shows which wavelengths of light the lenses block. i think blue light is between 400 and 500. very little comes through with the orange. mainly just makes it so i can get lost in what ever problem I am trying solve. cant do with clear lenses I find. I messed up my eyezen, so I may try to do it with those.
