I can't see anything in the first video....in the third one that looks like optical moire from the camera....you can see that filming any screen or patterned material, and the way the lines expand and contract different directions makes me think moire as the camera slightly moves. The middle video is a little more odd in the tan area on right especially because you can see horizontal libes to but that might just be a closer view of the pixel grid...but still seems like moire the way it moves.
One way to tell would be to mount the camera on a tripod so its not moving at all, and make sure the display isn't moving or handheld etc...if the lines still moved across the screen in patterns like that, rather than stayed still then its not moire. But any movement of the camera or subject can induce it. You will also sometimes see scrolling banding vertically or horizonatally due to camera frame rate mismatches but its a fixed width, direction, and speed of movement and not like these videos.
