[deleted] Glad to hear you're feeling better.
I suppose the bigger question here is, do you use computers every day? You may have had those headaches regardless of being on a computer or not. So generally the fasting technique seems to have helped your headaches/strain reduce. Do you ever have days without using screens/phones etc? This would show more quickly and dramatically if it is technology as the cause or something biological like inflammation.
I could be healthier right now but in my youth I was worse (smoking/alcohol) and used computers as extensively as now, perhaps even more. I never got headaches (unless hungover) and even now I'm very fortunate that (touch wood) I don't get headaches.
Put me in front of a Mac or bad device for 30 minutes, it doesn't matter if I've quit Alcohol for a few weeks, wear different glasses, exercise more, get more sunlight, change diet, the symptoms remain, and happen only when using an offending device. This has been an issue for almost 5 years for me, and in that time I've had periods of alcohol use, and abstinence, and periods of extra physical activity. It doesn't make any difference.
What i'm wondering is, if technology contributed to your conditions or was it seperate?
