CABC( Content Adaptive Backlight Control ) seems to have sometingh to do with PWM, and this would be only in those devices which don't have a PWM-free dimming backlight. It is good to put that factor on the table in order to warn every user who can test an android 10 device. It should be turned off, depending on the device, and if the tester is PWM sensitive.
Personally, I am interested in dithering, to know if android 10 could run on an rink screen without giving eyestrain, as it happens with android 9 on eInk
